Tour Highlights:
Day 1: Casablanca / Marrakech
Fly into Casablanca, visit economic capital. See Habbous quarter, art deco buildings, Hassan 2 Mosque. Depart for Marrakech for orientation tour.
Day 2: Marrakech City Tour
Full day exploring Marrakech. Visit Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, souks, and experience Jemaa el-Fnaa square.
Day 3: Marrakech - Ouarzazate
Cross High Atlas Mountains via Tizi-n-Tichka pass. Visit Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, UNESCO World Heritage site. Continue to Ouarzazate.
Day 4: Ouarzazate - Zagora Desert
Visit Taourirt Kasbah and film studios. Drive through Draa Valley with its palm groves and kasbahs. Camel trek in Zagora desert.
Day 5: Zagora - Merzouga Desert
Drive to Merzouga via Rissani, ancient capital. Visit traditional market and mausoleum. Camel trek to Erg Chebbi dunes for sunset.
Day 6: Merzouga - Todra Gorges - Dades Valley
Sunrise camel trek, then drive to Todra Gorges for hiking. Continue through spectacular Dades Valley with its rock formations.
Day 7: Dades Valley - Marrakech
Drive through Valley of Roses and return to Marrakech via High Atlas Mountains. Evening free for shopping or relaxation.
Day 8: Departure
Transfer to Marrakech airport for departure. End of the Kasbah Trail adventure.
